Thanks to the Dulevo patented mechanical-suction-filtered system, the 5000 Evolution sweeper has a performance three times higher than any other traditional sweeper. The collection is mechanical and is facilitated by the side brushes, which convey the debris toward the centre of the machine, where the cylindrical brush then sends it at high speed onto a vertical rotating conveyor. The debris is loaded via the upper portion of the conveyor into the refuse container, this way optimising the load capacity of the machine. The dust raised by the cylindrical brush is sucked into the refuse container as a result of compression differential created by two high-range, high-prevalence suction fans. The unique and patented Gore fabric filtering system then retains 99% of dust and other particles within the hopper, re-introducing clean air into the environment and thus completing the sweeping cycle.

Mr Willie van Wyk, Managing Director of AAD Specialised Transport Solutions handing the keys of the 5000 Evolution to Thembi Skele, Company Director at Babore.

Company Director at Babore, Thembi Skele was thrilled with the addition of another ‘magnificent machine’ stating that ‘Babore’s involvement in South African road sweeping services was yet further enhanced, placing Babore in a position to maintain and significantly grow its road sweeping services.’
